In early April 2017, WGLO partners Chenda Srey and Reaksmey Lang traveled by van and boat to the Mekong River village of Ajen, bringing in a supply of government textbooks, manuals, and supplies for the local elementary school. They also brought encouragement to the village elders.
On our recent March 2017 trip to the Philippines, we brought in a “graffiti canvas” prepared by some church youth group members in St. Louis, MO.
We were delighted to learn how teens in the small mountain village of Balluay in north Luzon have much in common with their U.S. Midwest counterparts.
